Russell may be on to something here. I guess someone like the BBC could podcast their [talk radio] stuff [e.g. In Our Time] in a different schedule / stream to their ‘normal’ radio channels. iPod users [and the far smaller podcast market] may consume audio media in different ways to the usual radio listener. The idea of packaging up different podcasts and streaming them like a radio show kinda takes the control away from the user which is rather counterintuitive to me… but there’s something in it. And we’re unlikely to get celebrity podjockey’s.
